Nicole Baker contacted me about a week ago and asked me to review her book which was according to her website just released August 1. The date and book info posted here are from Goodreads.
Although eating disorders are a difficult and sad topic, I thought that I should take a look at her book because the issue is an important one. I have had many friends and a family member whom as young adults have used this practice as a means to stay thin.
